"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hey man! Your tutorial on male torso has been helping me A LOT. Near the end, you gave some exaples of other body types inclusing a heavier sumo-looking guy. Would you be interested in doing tutorial for drawing heavier characters like that? It's so hard to find a good one. Anyway, love your work, keep it up!
